The rooms at Waringin Homestay are absolutely amazing! With large windows, they let in so much natural light, making them feel cozy and inviting. As a person who loves bright spaces, I instantly fell in love with these rooms. Plus, the pool views from all the rooms are simply breathtaking!
Personally, I found the large doors opening onto the spacious balconies a bit too much for my liking. But hey, that's just me.

I loved the rooms at Waringin Homestay! They had large windows that let in so much natural light, making the rooms feel bright and cozy. With a terrace and private bathroom, it really felt like a home away from home. Plus, the pool views from all the rooms were just stunning!
I personally found the large doors that open onto spacious balconies a bit inconvenient. But hey, that's just my opinion.

I chose Waringin Homestay because it was located near Kuta Square, a landmark I really wanted to visit. To my surprise, the hotel also offered free WiFi in public areas and dry cleaning/laundry services. This made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The facilities on offer here, including the swimming pool and breakfast, were also great.
The only minor downside was the location. It is a bit secluded, and if you have a big luggage/trolley bag, some transportation services may not be able to drop you off right in front of the hotel.

Loved waking up to loud partying all night long. Surfers and backpackers on a budget can't go wrong here. Free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk for all the noise complaints. Yay!
Who needs a good night's sleep anyway?

Great location, central to beach and shopping. Quiet, lovely pool area. Best breakfast in Bali. Good value. Helpful staff.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The wooden beds, though showing some signs of age, added a touch of rustic charm. The general areas were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool. The hotel's accessibility was also highly convenient for senior people like myself, with the lobby and nearby areas being easily accessible.
I would have liked to see more attentive service from the staff, especially towards senior guests. It would be beneficial if the children working there could be more proactive in assisting seniors and ensuring their needs are met, making the vacation experience even better.

The banana pancake and coffee for breakfast were mind-blowing! The property was well maintained, clean, and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool acted as a fantastic communal area. Highly recommend!

This hotel is an absolute gem for the price you pay. The value for money is unbeatable. The location in the heart of Kuta, down a dark alley, might seem a bit off-putting at first, but it actually adds to the charm and authenticity of the place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The basic amenities, like the rooms with aircon, fan, and balcony, are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. And let me tell you, the breakfast with the best coffee I have ever had is a fantastic way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, tucked away down a dark alley, is surprisingly convenient as it is in the heart of Kuta. The staff are friendly and provide top-notch service, making you feel right at home. The rooms, whether with a balcony and aircon or with just a fan, are spacious and comfortable. And let's not forget the breakfast, which includes the best coffee I have ever had!
All was ok.

Great Value and Location
Stayed in August for a week in a clean triple room, which included a good breakfast, lockers and a pool. The location was key, as it was within walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurants and nightlife. At a very affordable price, this homestay was a great bargain, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Although the location was fantastic, the room itself was basic and noisy, and did not live up to the expectations set by some of the photos online. The cleaning was subpar, and the noise from the street and other rooms could be quite disruptive.

During my Easter weekend stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable enough and provided all the basic necessities. The pool was also a nice relief from the heat, although it was a bit smaller than expected.
The hotel's WiFi connection was poor and it was a struggle to even check my emails. The breakfast provided was very basic and did not have much variety.

We chose this place because we wanted to be close to everything - the beach, the bars, and the shops. And the location didn't disappoint us. It's very close to the beach, just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and big, with a pool that's surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty.

The pool and location were the best aspects of my stay. The pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat, and was well-maintained. The location was key, as it was centrally located near the beach and shopping areas. it was hidden away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful environment.
The bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, which seemed to be coming from the drains. The cleanliness of the toilet and shower upon arrival was also not up to par.

Great location close to everything you might want. The hotel facilities and staff were impressive. Cleanliness and breakfast were also great.
Nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at a centrally located accommodation in Kuta and had a great time. The staff were super friendly and always busy cleaning. Although the rooms were basic, they were clean and adequate for my needs. The location was phenomenal, close to everything but still quiet. I also enjoyed the pool, although it did get a bit noisy in the afternoon with a horde of kids. I would recommend this place for its friendly staff and convenient location.
